In 2000 or 2001, I cant remember, I acquired this domain name and a space on the web but unfortunately I was not able to build any website. On 24 June 2006, I thought something should be established and published online. So here it is.

History of the website — as on 24 December 2006

Many people insisted me on publishing some useful information on tax and corporate laws, which could serve as guidance for students, employees and general public.

I consider myself as an amateur in the field of finance and accounts, however, I have made a humble effort to give this website some public service functionality. Therefore, I am starting to publish some useful information on my website relating to various legal and practical matters. I hope that the information on this website will be useful to those who need it.

DISCLAIMER: I would like to add here that any information on this website should not be considered authentic and should not be used in the court of law either for personal purposes or against me as I am only publishing my own experiences and the guidance which I obtained from my seniors, peers and juniors and which I collected through my research. Still, however, I will try my best to continue updating contents and enhance the quality and quantity of notes given herein.

Viewers’ useful and corrective suggestions will always be welcomed at the email address given at the bottom of each webpage. However I do not guarantee compliance of all due to time and money constraints—sorry!!!.

History of the website — as on 24 June 2006

The website has been established purposelessly, so any visitor would not have to spend a long time to find out what is  in it. However, for record, I am building this site because someone searched my name on Google-search for investigation and found, I think nothing but the old under-construction-webpage that I uploaded so many years back. I thought the visitor might be interested in me and so… You know what… I built this webpage.

About me - what should I tell? — Okey, I’ll tell what people think about me:-

· I am extremely possessive and hyper-sensitive.

· I am mostly lazy and absent minded and live a careless life. However if someone alerts me about something, goof-ism vanishes. :-)

· I diligently perform tasks assigned to me. Perhaps because I fear bad comments on my tasks.

· I aggressively smoke to kill myself early ;-). People say if you die earlier in your life you are lucky and hopefully will be sent to heavens.

· I am caring and usually get involved in peoples’ personal issues of life. I’ve got a soft heart and affectionate nature. I can’t imagine a world without people with whom I get attached. I cant see anyone in pain or misery, especially those who I love.

· Normally, I’ve got a cool temperament, however, history proves my hotheadedness and bluntness where I disagree on principles and attitude towards life. I am an extremist, actually - usually feel like breaking bones but haven't broke any in history :-D.

· I strongly believe in quality however food is an exception in which good quantity is also a must.

· I’ve got a strong imagination and a mind of my own. I can make a gossip and convey messages in my imagination... Amazing!!! :-)

· I am a good observer and listener. My writing power is stronger than my speech, so I usually prefer writing. :-)

· I am a family man so I avoid leaving home without any cause. However, I enjoy a lot outside/ outstation and feel like a free man - but for a limited time only.

· I am a man of principles. I have limits of my own followed by my rules and principles. I love traditions and conventions but I have my own ideas, further, I like only those conventions which convince me to be true and stuff.

· I strongly believe that for any relationship or for living a good life truth and sincerity should be the primary principle.

I was born in Lahore, Pakistan on March 22, 1979. I am a muslim by religion and live in Pakistan since birth .

I chose chartered accountancy as my profession only to earn a lot and for the betterment of humanity.
